Privacy Policy — Last Updated: October 2026

Privacy Policy

Welcome to Connectzly (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Connectzly operates from D-28, 2nd Floor, Bldg. Devidayal, Ghaziabad 201005, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience on our platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use Connectzly, which provides a LinkedIn AI Agent and, on eligible plans, personalized-video workflows.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our services. Your continued use of Connectzly following the posting of revised Privacy Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes. This does not apply to optional analytics: continuing to browse our website is never treated as consent to Google Analytics, which runs only if you select Accept analytics (see section 3).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Registration: Name, email address, company name and job title. Payment details are collected by Stripe, not by us.
  • LinkedIn-related information: information needed to provide the LinkedIn AI Agent, which may include authorized profile information, connection information, messaging and conversation data, outreach activity, and other information made available through authorized LinkedIn functionality.
  • Personalized-video workflow information: on eligible plans, the information needed to identify the prospect, trigger the workflow, personalize the video and its landing page, and deliver the video through the configured channel.
  • Communication: Emails, support tickets, feedback, and customer service interactions
  • Profile Information: Company details, industry, team members, and preferences

1.2 Operational and Service Telemetry

Our public website uses Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies (see section 3), and it does not use advertising trackers. Inside the authenticated product, operational telemetry may be processed where it is actually collected:

  • Usage and service events: features used and service events generated while you use Connectzly
  • Device and browser information: browser type, operating system, IP address and similar technical information
  • Security and log data: security logs and server logs containing access times and error information

1.3 Third-Party Information

We may receive information from LinkedIn and from other third-party services that you connect or authorize, where that information is needed to provide the functionality you have selected.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving our services
  • Creating and managing your account
  • Processing payments and transactions
  • Sending transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, account updates)
  • Conducting marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Analyzing usage patterns and service performance
  • Personalizing your experience
  • Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
  • Detecting and preventing fraud and abuse
  • Complying with legal obligations, enforcing our agreements, preventing abuse and protecting the Service
  • Preparing and delivering personalized-video experiences on eligible plans

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses Google Analytics 4, an analytics service provided by Google, but only if you choose to allow it. Until you accept analytics, Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is sent to it. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers.

3.1 What We Store in Your Browser

  • Theme preference — whether you chose light or dark mode, saved in your browser’s local storage so the site looks the same on your next visit. It contains no identifier and is not transmitted to us or to anyone else.
  • Your cookie choice — whether you accepted or rejected analytics, and when, saved in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask on every page. It contains no identifier and is not transmitted to us or to anyone else.
  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_X7K17MVKL6) — only if you accept analytics. Google Analytics sets them to distinguish visitors and keep session state. Our Cookie Policy lists them in full.

3.2 Google Analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects information about how you use this website, such as the pages you view, how you interact with them, the page that referred you, and technical details about your browser and device. We use it to understand and improve the website. We do not send your name, email address or other details that identify you directly to Google Analytics, and we tell Google Analytics that you have agreed only to analytics, not to advertising cookies or ad personalization.

Google Analytics is operated by Google, which processes this information under its own policies. Google explains this in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

3.3 Your Choices

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject analytics, or open Cookie settings. Analytics runs only if you actively choose Accept analytics; continuing to browse is never treated as consent. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Turning analytics off stops further measurement and deletes the Google Analytics cookies set on connectzly.com. It does not delete information already sent to Google Analytics.

Clearing your browser’s site data for connectzly.com removes all of the items above. The site will fall back to its default appearance and ask about analytics again.

4. Third-Party Services and LinkedIn Integration

Connectzly integrates with LinkedIn to provide outreach functionality. When you authorize this integration:

  • We access your LinkedIn profile information and connections
  • LinkedIn shares your profile data with us through their official API
  • We handle this data according to both our Privacy Policy and LinkedIn's data use policies
  • You can revoke our access to your LinkedIn account at any time through your LinkedIn settings

We also use the following third-party services:

  • Payment processing: Stripe. Checkout happens on Stripe’s own pages and card details never reach us.
  • Email delivery: a third-party provider sends account and transactional email on our behalf.
  • Hosting: third-party cloud providers host the website and application.
  • Website analytics: Google Analytics 4, provided by Google — only if you accept analytics cookies (see section 3).
  • Website badge: the AI-visibility badge in the footer of our homepage and pricing page loads its image from Arobis (tools.arobis.ai). As with any image loaded from another website, your browser sends Arobis your IP address, basic browser details and the address of our website; Arobis handles this under its own privacy policy.
  • Website videos: the video on our homepage and the welcome video shown after purchase play in wave.video’s video player, which loads from wave.video. As with any content loaded from another website, your browser sends wave.video your IP address, basic browser details and the address of our website; wave.video handles this under its own privacy policy.

More generally, Connectzly may use third-party service providers and white-label technology providers for hosting, platform operation, security, payment processing, email delivery, personalized-video generation and delivery, and other services needed to provide Connectzly. These providers process information on our behalf and for the purposes described in this policy.

4.1 Personalized-Video Workflows

On eligible plans, a qualifying trigger — a booked meeting, or specified LinkedIn activity — starts a personalized-video workflow. The personalized video is prepared and then delivered through the configured channel. The LinkedIn AI Agent does not create the video; the personalized-video experience begins after the relevant trigger.

For personalized-video email delivery, you may authorize a Google Workspace sending address so the message is sent from your own domain. The relevant prospect and workflow information may be processed by the services used to prepare, personalize and deliver that message.

On our public website we use Google Analytics only with your consent, and we do not use advertising services. See our Cookie Policy for what is stored in your browser and how to change your choice.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them to understand how they handle your data.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • Encryption in transit: the site and application are served only over HTTPS/TLS.
  • Encryption at rest: data is stored with our hosting providers using their encryption-at-rest facilities.
  • Access control: access to customer data is limited to authorized Connectzly personnel who need it to operate and support the Service, and to the service providers described in Section 4, each acting under their own security obligations.
  • Payment data: card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our systems.
  • Breach notification: if a personal data breach occurs we will notify affected users and the relevant authority within the timelines required by applicable law.

While we employ robust security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Your Rights Under Indian Law

As a data controller operating in India, we comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (SPDI Rules).

6.1 Your Data Rights

Under Indian law, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data held by us
  • Request correction or updating of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt-out of marketing communications
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant authority

6.2 Sensitive Personal Data

Connectzly is built so that we do not collect or store Sensitive Personal Data or Information as defined by the SPDI Rules. Specifically:

  • Payment card details: all payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers, CVV codes and bank details are entered directly with Stripe and are never transmitted to, seen by, or stored on Connectzly systems.
  • Biometric data: we do not collect it.
  • Health or medical data: we do not collect it.
  • Account passwords: your password is used solely to sign you in to Connectzly. It is never shared with any third party and is never used for any other purpose.

If this ever changes — for example if we begin handling a category of sensitive data directly — we will update this policy and notify account holders before the change takes effect.

6.3 Raising a Concern

If you have a question or complaint about how your personal data is handled, contact us at support@connectzly.com with “Data Protection” in the subject line. We acknowledge such requests within 5 working days and aim to resolve them within 30 days, in line with the timelines set out in Indian data protection law.

Our postal address for formal notices is given in Section 11.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain appropriate business records. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. When information is no longer required, we may delete or anonymize it, subject to applicable legal, security and backup requirements.

You can request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal and contractual obligations to retain certain information.

8. International Data Transfer

Connectzly is based in India. Your data is primarily stored and processed in India. However, we may transfer data to other countries for:

  • Cloud hosting providers, which operate data centres in multiple countries
  • LinkedIn's international servers
  • Payment processor operations
  • Legal compliance requirements

When we transfer data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, and compliance with Indian data protection laws. By using Connectzly, you consent to such transfers.

9. Children's Privacy

Connectzly is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the minor's account.

If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at support@connectzly.com.

10. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated policy on our website with an updated date
  • Sending you an email notification
  • Requesting your consent if required by law

Your continued use of Connectzly following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. It never counts as consent to Google Analytics: analytics runs only if you select Accept analytics, and changes to this policy do not change that choice.

13. Compliance Statement

Connectzly is an India-based service with customers in India, the United States and the European Union. The following frameworks apply to how we handle personal data:

  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) — India’s principal data protection law. The DPDP Rules were notified in November 2025 and its operational obligations are being phased in through to 2027. We are aligning our practices to it ahead of those deadlines.
  • Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Reasonable Security Practices Rules, 2011, which continue to apply alongside the DPDP Act.
  • General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — applies to us because we offer our service to customers in the European Union. EU and EEA users have the rights set out in Section 12, and may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
  • United States: we are below the revenue and volume thresholds at which the California Consumer Privacy Act applies. We nonetheless honour access and deletion requests from US customers on the same basis as everyone else.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
