Cookie Policy
Welcome to Connectzly. We are committed to being transparent about how we use technology on our website and services. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, the types of cookies we use, and how you can manage your cookie preferences.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. These files allow websites to recognize your device on repeat visits, remember your preferences, and collect information about how you interact with the site. Cookies are a standard technology used across the internet to improve user experience and gather analytics data.
Cookies can be temporary (session cookies) or permanent (persistent cookies). Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser, while persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them manually.
What Connectzly Uses
Connectzly uses Google Analytics 4, an analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use this website — for example, which pages are viewed — so we can improve it. Google Analytics is optional. It only runs if you choose Accept analytics. Until then, this website does not load Google Analytics and sends nothing to it.
This is everything the website stores in your browser:
| What | Where | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga |
Cookie set by Google Analytics on connectzly.com, only if you accept analytics | Analytics. Google describes it as “used to distinguish users” | 2 years by default, according to Google. Your browser may remove it sooner |

Local storage | Strictly necessary. Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we don’t ask on every page | Until you change your choice or clear site data |
cz-theme |
Local storage | Strictly necessary. Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode | Until you clear site data |
The two local-storage items hold only your choices: light or dark, and whether you accepted or rejected analytics and when. They contain no identifier and are never sent to us or to anyone else.
What Google Analytics Measures
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics records the pages you view on this website and interactions that its enhanced measurement feature detects, such as scrolling, clicks on links to other websites, file downloads and form interactions. Opening the “Try it yourself” sample page is counted as a separate page view.
We do not send your name, email address or other details that identify you directly to Google Analytics. We also tell Google Analytics that you have agreed only to analytics, not to advertising cookies or ad personalization.
According to Google, when you visit a website that uses Google Analytics, your browser automatically sends Google certain information, including the address of the page you are visiting and your IP address. Google explains how it uses this information in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Your Choices
On your first visit, a banner asks whether you allow analytics. You can choose Accept analytics, Reject analytics or Cookie settings. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. If you reject, or don’t choose, Google Analytics is not loaded.
Your choice is saved in your browser, so we don’t ask again on every page. It applies only to the browser and device you used.
You can change your mind at any time:
- Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, or the button below.
- Turning analytics off stops further measurement straight away and deletes the Google Analytics cookies set on connectzly.com. It does not delete information that was already sent to Google Analytics.
- Clearing your browser’s site data for connectzly.com also removes your saved choice, and the banner will ask again.
Payments and Third Parties
When you subscribe, checkout is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages. Stripe sets its own cookies there, under its own privacy policy, and may use them for fraud prevention. That happens on Stripe’s domain, not ours. We never see or store your card details.
The AI-visibility badge in the footer of our homepage and pricing page loads its image from Arobis (tools.arobis.ai). We set no cookie through it. As with any image loaded from another website, Arobis receives your IP address and basic browser details, and anything it does with them is covered by its own policies, which we do not control.
The video on our homepage and the welcome video shown after purchase play in wave.video’s video player, which loads from wave.video. We set no cookie through it. wave.video receives your IP address and basic browser details, and its player may use its own cookies or similar storage; anything it does is covered by its own policies, which we do not control.
Links from this site to LinkedIn, Stripe or any other third party take you to services with their own cookie practices, which we do not control.
How to Manage Browser Storage
You can clear or block site data at any time:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies → See all site data and permissions
- Safari: Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data
Clearing our site data resets your light or dark mode choice and your analytics choice, and removes any Google Analytics cookies. Nothing else on the site depends on them.
International Considerations
Connectzly is based in India. Wherever you are visiting from, Google Analytics only runs on this website if you choose Accept analytics, and you can change that choice at any time. For how we handle personal information and the rights you may have, see our Privacy Policy.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in our cookie practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required, obtaining your consent again.
Updating this policy does not change the choice you made, and continuing to browse this website is never treated as consent to analytics. Google Analytics only runs if you have selected Accept analytics, and you can review or change that choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed about how we use cookies.
